Do you allow pets? |

How do I create a username and password? |
| |
When you have selected your destination and room type, you will then be navigated to the ‘Create a Profile and Password’ page. Your profile will be created after you have accepted Navy Gateway Inns and Suites ‘Terms and Conditions.’
Note: In order for you to create your account, you must fill out every field on the ‘Guest Information’ form. |

How do I reset my password? |
| |
After you have selected your destination from our DoD Lodging Search reservation page, you will be navigated to the ‘Check Availability’ screen. On the left hand side of the screen, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link. You must answer the security question correctly to reset your password.
Note: Your username is the email address you entered on the ‘Guest Information’ screen, when you made your first reservation. |

How do I make a reservation? |

For online reservations:
Choose your destination from the map or drop down box. If the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites location page allows online reservations, press the click here button. In the blue box, fill in your arrival date, departure date, number of guests, purpose of visit, gender, service, and pay grade.
Note: Rank will populate after you select service and pay grade.
See above question for creating an online profile. If no blue ‘online reservation’ button is available, you must make your reservation via telephone.
For phone reservations:
Dial 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233). Enter the extension of your destination, e.g. ‘262’ ANA stands for Anacostia. Or press ‘*’ for base listings if you do not know the extension of the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites you are calling. Once you hear the extension press the numbers on your phone's keypad. When prompted press ‘1’ for reservations, or press ‘2’ for group reservations, or press ‘3’ for the front desk.

How do I cancel or change a reservation? |

Cancel online: Click on the view reservations link. Then click on the cancel link. If you are sure you want to cancel, choose the Ok button. Otherwise, choose the cancel button to leave your reservation unchanged. The screen will refresh. A red icon will appear next to the reservation letting you know your reservation is canceled.
Change online: You can not make changes to an existing reservation. You must contact the site directly at 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233).
Cancel by phone: Dial 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233). Press the extension of the destination you want to cancel on your phone's keypad. Press either ‘1’ to speak to a reservationist or ‘3’ to speak to a front desk associate to cancel your reservation.
Change by phone: Dial 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233). Press the extension of the destination you want to change on your phone's keypad. Press either ‘1’ to speak to a reservationist or ‘3’ to speak to a front desk associate to change your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy? |
| |
A charge of one night's room rate will occur, if you do not cancel your reservation one day after the arrival date at 11:00 am (local property time).
Your credit card will be charged one night’s room rate, if you cancel the reservation after 11:00 am of the following day. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Note: The cancellation fee applies to the day after your arrival date NOT the day after you reserve your room, and 11:00 am applies to the time zone of your destination. |

How can I find the three digit base extensions? |

On the DoD Navy Lodging website, choose your destination. The base extension is located under the telephone number in the top right portion of the marketing page.
This three digit number will be used when calling 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233) to direct your call to the desired location. E.g. ANA stands for Anacostia, so you would press ‘262’ on your phone's keypad.
Or you can call 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233). Then, press ‘*’ for the base listings. Once you hear your destination press the extension given on your keypad. |

What are your password requirements? |
| |
As listed on the website you must have two upper case letters, two lower case letters, two numbers, and two special characters. Your password needs to be between eight and fifty characters. Special characters are the symbols above the digits zero through nine on your keyboard. |
